31. Succession
The Succession law is governed under The Indian Succession Act, 1925.
Succession Certificate is acquired to transfer an Inherited Property of deceased in favour of his legal heirs.
1. PROBATE :
WILL is executed by the testator by its authenticity is by Probate, Grants by District Judge or the Registrar of the Court2. LETTER OF ADMISNISTRATION :
No will is executed then for all property claim by their heirs apply for this letter. This is Authenticity they are legal heirs District Judge or the Registrar of the Court.3. SUCCESSION CERTIFICATE :
Grants - District Judge or the Registrar of the Court4. LEGAL HEIR CERTIFICATE :
Grants by TAHSILDARAPPLICATION FOR SUCCESSION :
1. Less than 5 Lakhs Lower Civil Court.
2. Above 5 lakhs Higher Civil Court.
Application is made by legal heir or by all heirs jointly.
