Non Agricultural Order / Permission
An NA order is one that is deemed unfit to carry out agricultural activity. Agricultural land cannot be used for constructing a house, even though the land is owned by that landowner.
Before construction prior permission has to be taken from local authorities in which NA order is mandatory and while registering a project in RERA, the promoter has to attach the NA Order clarifying that the project is being built upon a valid non-agricultural land.
