15. E – Mutation
When one party is selling his land property to another party after final discussion & executing final draft.
At the stage of data feeding activity one has to go from E mutation process under data feeding.By doing this process of E mutation, Registration Department intimate directly to Talathi office Revenue Department about the sale of land through portal. And whereas the purchaser name is reflected on 7/12 extract with mutation number. The main motto is that to reduce paper works, immediate effect of transaction on 7/12 extract and also to save the time of purchaser to visit offices.
